The Hidden Danger of Choosing the Wrong EPOS Partner

An EPOS system is at the heart of a modern hospitality business. It manages orders, payments, kitchens, staff, reporting and, increasingly, online ordering and delivery.

Yet some businesses are being encouraged to sign contracts with so-called “local EPOS partners” that have little or no genuine EPOS experience, no trained support team and no qualified engineers.

A local telephone number or salesperson does not equal local support.

When your system fails during a busy service, you need more than someone who can submit a support ticket. You need experienced professionals who understand hospitality operations, integrated payments, networks, printers, kitchen display systems and the wider technology supporting your business.
