A little something I wanted to share with the Gong Space community… ✨

As many of you know, Gong Space is currently on hold, but I still want to use this page to share opportunities that I feel may genuinely support your wellbeing, personal development and spiritual journey.

The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University is an organisation I have personally been a student of for many years, and their teachings have played a significant part in my own spiritual journey and understanding.

Their Leicester Centre – Harmony House has a fantastic programme throughout October, with free courses, workshops, talks, meditation sessions and special events, exploring everything from positive thinking and karma to gratitude, living in the present, overcoming overwhelm and Raja Yoga meditation.

What I particularly value is that these aren’t simply wellbeing activities. They offer an opportunity to go a little deeper — to explore self-awareness, consciousness, spirituality and genuine inner development.

With Gong Space currently taking a break, I know that many of you have been missing some of the opportunities we created to connect, reflect and grow. So I thought this programme might be of real interest to some of you.

And best of all, the activities are offered free of charge. The Brahma Kumaris operate on a voluntary contribution basis, so while there is no charge to attend, donations are always welcomed. If you attend and feel you have benefited from the experience, I would personally encourage you to make a contribution if you are able, helping them to continue making these teachings and opportunities freely available to others.

I’ve included their October programme here with all the details. Some sessions are also available online, so you don’t necessarily need to travel to Leicester.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of delivering a very special Divine Energy Gong & Sound Healing Experience for the incredible team at Women’s Work in Derby.

A huge thank you to Dionne, CEO of Women’s Work, for inviting us into their beautiful Chapel and, importantly, for recognising the value of creating time and space for the wellbeing of her team.

The work carried out by organisations such as Women’s Work makes a real difference to the lives of women and families across Derby. But when your role involves continually supporting, listening to and caring for others, it is equally important that there are opportunities for you to stop, breathe and receive too.

Led by Christie and Zaria, our Divine Energy experience created space for the team to step away from their everyday responsibilities and journey through meditation, stillness and the powerful vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and therapeutic sound.

For us, corporate wellbeing isn’t simply about offering staff a relaxing hour away from work. It’s about organisations recognising that the wellbeing of the people delivering their services matters too.

An Important Gong Space Update 🤍

After much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to stop providing services from our current home at Castleward Court.

Ongoing building issues and uncertainty surrounding essential works have significantly affected our ability to operate from the centre.
We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported Gong Space and been part of the wonderful community we’ve created. 🤍

Refunds:
If you have unused class passes, gift cards or other eligible account credit, please email [email protected] to request a refund.

Refund requests can be made up to 30 November 2026. Please bear with us while we work through requests.

This isn’t necessarily the end of Gong Space. Our corporate wellbeing services, training and selected off-site offerings will continue, and we’ll keep you updated on what comes next.
