🌸 Introducing RESTORE. Rooted with Robyn

Something we have been so excited to share with you mama 🥰

Robyn has been working away behind the scenes creating a space for mums to come together, move their bodies, reconnect with themselves and enjoy a little time that’s just for them. All babies welcome to come along of course 💛

Restore is a blend of postnatal yoga, mobility, somatic movement and breathwork.

We’ll focus on gently reconnecting with our pelvic floor and core, rebuilding strength and mobility for everyday motherhood, and creating space to slow down and breathe.

I also want this to be about connection. A chance to meet other mums, have a cuppa, a chat and hopefully leave feeling a little more like yourself again.

And please don’t worry if your baby cries, needs fed, changed or wants your attention. That’s motherhood, and it’s all welcome here.
