Our 2025/26 Customer Annual Report is here! 📖

It’s your chance to see what we’ve been working on over the past year and the difference we’re making across our communities and with our services.

Here are just a few highlights:

🔵 £142 million invested in improving homes
🔵 £5.6 million provided in support to customers
🔵 74.5% of customers to us their home was well maintained, up from 70.6%
🔵 89.5% of our homes now meet EPC band C, helping us work towards our 2030 goal
