BK International Freight Limited

Shipping by sea does not necessarily mean booking a whole container. BK offers both full-container loads and shared-container loads, giving businesses different options depending on the size of the consignment.

An urgent delivery is not always a small parcel. BK’s same-day courier service can handle parcels, documents and pallets across the UK, with GPS-tracked vehicles and proof of delivery included.

Freight can involve more than getting goods from A to B. BK can support collection, packing, forwarding, storage and transport by road, sea or air, giving customers one point of contact for several stages of a shipment.

What counts as dangerous cargo? Explosives, gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidising substances, toxic or infectious substances, radioactive material, corrosives and other dangerous goods all require careful handling. If you are unsure whether your shipment falls into this category, contact BK before booking.

Pallet delivery is not one-size-fits-all. BK offers next-day and economy services, with options for oversized and overhanging pallets, and can move palletised goods across the UK, Europe and worldwide by road, sea or air.

Can you use your own boxes for an international shipment? Yes. BK advises using export-quality packaging that is not made from single-board material. If you’re unsure, ask before you pack.

Not every road shipment needs a full vehicle. BK handles full and part loads, groupage, palletised deliveries and time-critical transport across Great Britain and the EU, with specialist vehicle options available when the load calls for them.

Coventry has been home to BK International Freight since 1982. From the Midlands, the team coordinates freight across the UK, Europe and worldwide, working with commercial goods and personal effects by road, sea and air.
