📍 Highland Cinema, Fort William
⏰ 10am to 3pm

🎟️ Come along and join us. Book here: https://www.assc.co.uk/event/assc-regional-gathering-fort-william/

A brilliant, busy morning at Wolfscastle, with the room packed full of holiday let operators from across Pembrokeshire 👋

Thanks to PASC UK Ltd. for a really useful session on the 182-day consultation and everything else coming down the track, and to everyone who came along with their questions.

We're doing it all again tomorrow at Plas Menai in Eryri. If you're in the north and haven't booked, there's still time to join us (spaces are limited!): https://www.tickettailor.com/events/pascuk/2447716

See you there 👋

Big changes are coming for Welsh holiday lets. Here's where to get ahead of them 👇

There is just 18 days left to respond to the Welsh Government's 182-day consultation.

PASC UK Ltd. is holding two free in-person sessions to help you get your response in before it closes, and to bring you up to speed on the other changes coming down the road. We're proud to be supporting these events alongside Zeal.

📍 Tuesday 13 October, Wolfscastle Country Hotel & Spa
📍 Wednesday 14 October, Plas Menai, Eryri

Both run 9.30am to 12.30pm, with tea, coffee and cake. Expect the latest on the consultation, registration, the visitor levy and capital allowances, plus time to compare notes with others in the same boat.

Members and non-members welcome.

Team SuperControl recently visited Galloway Activity Centre for our annual summer social. Turns out we're better at the day job than assault courses… but we gave it a good go 😄

Running a holiday let in the South West? Come and say hello next week! 👋

We will be at the Host Planet Roadshow in Bath on the 7th of October, alongside the UK Short Term Accommodation Association, PriceLabs and Women in Short Term Rentals.

Expect roundtable sessions, a look at what is happening in the local market, and plenty of time to talk to other hosts, suppliers and property managers.

Three Dragons just checked in! 👏

Huge congratulations to Sarah de Vere-Drummond and Kip., who walked out of Dragons' Den with £90,000 of investment on Friday’s episode.

Kip. is a curated collection of special places to stay across the UK, hidden gems that are vetted before they make the cut, so guests can trust every recommendation. Sarah landed a joint offer from Touker, Gary and Peter, taking £90,000 for 30% of the business.

We're proud to say Kip has been a SuperControl user since 2023. It's brilliant to see one of our own take the leap and win the backing to grow.

Here's to what's next for Kip! 🙌

Wednesday in the Cotswolds was a good one. A room full of agencies, a look at the region and where the opportunities are, and plenty to think about.

Thank you to PASC UK Ltd., KeyData and to everyone who joined us.

Connecting Norfolk is up next, on 16 November. Sign-up details coming shortly, so keep an eye out.

Head spinning over new rules, new reporting and new levies? 🤯

We've got just the thing for your holiday let agency.

On the 23rd of September, we're in the Cotswolds with PASC UK Ltd. and KeyData for an afternoon of practical sessions on the things landing on your desk right now.

DAC7 is the big one, and we'll show you how to handle the reporting without losing days to it. Also on the agenda is how the Cotswolds market is performing, watertight terms, and networking opportunities.
