Fell and Frame is a new brand from our Cubby Joinery division, which combines joinery expertise and craftsmanship with modern manufacturing to produce made-to-measure wooden windows.

Manufactured in Cumbria, Fell and Frame windows can be specified to your individual requirements, from style and dimensions to timber, glazing, finish and ironmongery. The online configurator makes it straightforward to explore the available options and create a window specification tailored to your project, whether for a renovation, replacement or new build property.

For homeowners, architects, contractors and developers, Fell & Frame brings together the natural character of timber with precision manufacturing and the skills of our joinery team.

We were proud to sponsor a colour block at the Oak Tree Animals' Charity 5K Colour Fun Run, supporting a cause that means a lot to the community.

Our team had plenty of fun getting involved, with colleagues from Cubby Construction and taking on the 5K. Well done to Scott, Mark, Chris and Lynne for getting stuck in. We certainly enjoyed covering them in paint as they ran past our colour station!

We also took along two very important members of the Cubby team, Bailey and Colin, who entered the dog show. Colin came away with the ‘Fab Fella’ title before going on to be runner-up in ‘Best in Show’. Not a bad day out for a Cubby dog!

A big thank you to Oak Tree Animal Charity for organising the event and to everyone who took part.

It was great to see so many people coming together to support Oak Tree Animals and raise money for such a worthy local cause.

What a day at Annan Harbour Festival! 🏗️⚓

It’s been a fantastic and very busy day for the Cubby Construction team at Annan Harbour, and we’ll be sharing a full event report soon.

But there’s no slowing down just yet!

Tomorrow we’re back out in the community as proud sponsors of the Oak Tree Animals’ Charity Colour Run Fun at Carlisle Racecourse. 🌈🐾

A huge thank you to all of our brilliant team members who have volunteered their time to support us across both events this weekend. Days like today, and events like tomorrow’s, simply wouldn’t be possible without their help, enthusiasm and support.

Now it’s time to recharge before we do it all again tomorrow! 💪

Last week, the team welcomed Dylan Skelhorn, from Safety UP, to give a motivational safety talk. His story is one none of us will forget.

In 2011, while working at height on a chimney stack, the structure gave way beneath him. Dylan fell 33 feet, sustaining life-changing injuries that have left him in daily pain ever since. Since then, he has spent years sharing that story across the UK and beyond, with one goal: making sure it never happens to anyone else.

Hearing it first-hand hit home. Working at height is part of everyday life on our sites, and Dylan's talk was a powerful reminder of exactly why every harness, every barrier and every "stop and check" matters.

At Cubby Construction, our SHEQ team utilises modern technology and implements processes to raise health and safety standards across our workforce. Through regular training, site visits, toolbox talks and quality processes, we aim to drive a culture where safety and compliance are prioritised across our business.

We want to thank Dylan and Safety Up for an informative and reflective day.

Progress continues at Annan Harbour, as the exciting regeneration of this community space takes shape.

Work on the bird hide is well underway, with now joining the team on site to install the boardwalk.

A 350t crane has also been mobilised on site for sheet piling works - a major step forward for the project.

Thank you to everyone following along and sharing your support and interest. We love seeing all the images and videos from the community.
