We're really pleased to be able to offer lamb for sale again, directly from our farm. Its been a while but after seeing the success of bringing back beef boxes this year, we feel ready to bring back the lamb! We are now offering fresh lamb as a quarter £85, half £150 or whole £290. Order now and collect from 30 October onwards.

🐮 🐮 Our beef sales continue into winter with two of our organic, pedigree Sussex cattle. We will be offering fresh, individual cuts from 9 November and fresh meat boxes from 30 November. Perfect timing for your festive celebrations. Beef boxes are sold in three sizes, Taster £55, Standard £120 and Large £190

Some of our organic grass fed, pedigree Sussex heifers are off to the market this week. They are really good stock ready to join a new herd.

Reduced stocking rates are key to our regenerative rotational farming approach, lowering the numbers now will take the grazing pressure off our land over winter.

This will also enable the farm to bounce back quicker in the spring working with nature to balance soil health, biodiversity and sequester carbon dioxide, whilst restoring the species rich chalk grasslands

We’re also checking the progress of two cows who are ready for the next rounds of meat boxes and individual cuts. We sell the whole fillet and many specialist cuts so please get in contact if there’s something you’d particularly like. We will always try our best to accommodate you.

🍺 Chuck steak — rich, deeply beefy and made for slow braising with dark ale, shallots and thyme.

🍎 Silverside joint — pot-roast gently with c***r, Bramley apple, mustard and sage, then carve into tender slices.

🌿 Topside joint — the Sunday classic. Roast with Dijon, rosemary and thyme, rest well and serve with shallot gravy and horseradish cream.

🔥 Top tip: Use a meat thermometer for confident roasting, and always give your joint time to rest before carving.
