Sourdough September 🍕✨

Our pizza starts with certified Italian whole grains, stoneground in small batches, and just four simple ingredients: flour, water, salt and our sourdough starter.

Then we give it 40 hours to prove.

The result is a light, naturally leavened dough with a crisp, chewy base and bags of flavour.
