Boiler breakdowns always seem to happen at the worst possible moment, and finding someone reputable quickly can be a real challenge. Jason was clear and transparent from the start: he kept me updated throughout, managed expectations well around parts and timing, and completed the work promptly. The repair was fully resolved within two days. I particularly value honesty and clear communication, and Jason delivered on both. He's now my first call for any future heating emergencies.

I contacted Jason on Monday, and he came out to see me on Wednesday evening at 7pm at the end of his very busy schedule. He was polite, friendly and respectful of my home and property. He very quickly traced 2 faults which required new parts and promised to return on Thursday. He arrived on time and fitted the new parts, he checked the system and everything worked brilliantly! I cannot recommend Jason highly enough, he was prompt, professional, friendly, efficient and reassuring at all times. Thank you so much Jason, you're a complete star !
