I always admire homes where collections of perfectly framed memories decorate space .

I believe what’s on our walls can we a great insight in to our minds and the way we think and learn.

It’s no surprise that mine won’t stay still long enough for the picture!

There is a lot going on in one ☝️ of these heads and not so much in the other 😂❤️

However, I am never far from new creative ideas that help equestrians master their mindset and create the results and lives they want 💎

💎People often say to me “ could you have ever imagined how successful you would have been “💎

The answer is yes, it has been years of dedication and continuous work. That aside I always had this vision of launching my Global Equestrian Performance support at the Polo Club in Dubai and that’s exactly what I did.
It’s easy to know what your working towards- when you you know WHAT that is, and I couldn’t have come up with the necessary structure had I not invested in a coach.

A vision is one this, but a strategic plan of how to get you there is by far the deal breaker 💎

How often do you make yourself smaller?
Consciously or not we all do it.

Putting yourself out there, promoting your skills or talents. Believing and communicating the fact that you are more than worthy of the business and can produce the results.

Then taking about that in cold hard cash 💸

All of these things can be subconsciously harnessing your progress in a very competitive world 🌍
Often it’s not the best riders who get the rides- it’s the ones who are happy to back themselves and say that they are.

( or maybe it’s just a space too comfortable to leave like Precious and Pudding)

If ever there was a time to build a “stable business “ it is now.

I am really proud of the riders and equestrian business owners who have worked hard at all of the things that don’t come naturally when riding and horse care is what comes most naturally.

Those who have worked hard on the mindset of being a business owner and actually having an equestrian business that makes profit not carrots 🥕.

As prices soar it’s a great time to look at your mindset around money and your business blind spots.
After all hiding and avoidance may seem like a great strategy- but they don’t pay the bills.

You will thank yourself when anxiety lessens and you can get back to the business of enjoying what you do.

After a week of travel 🧳 and seeing some exceptional horse power in Denmark 🇩🇰 with even more exceptional people, I always feel grateful to be able to call this home.

Time for space, creation and reflection before the week starts.

Stigmas and stuff !

Listening to a conversation today to something that was completely normal ( or not ) depending on your perspective.

My life is ordinary or extraordinary depending on your lens’s and so is yours !

What’s sad is when your opinion doesn’t belong to you and your lens is directed by someone else.

Children don’t see difference-they see people.

When do we lose that honest view and change our values to fit ?

Admittedly I have always followed a rather unconventional path.

Structure and routine made me feel uncomfortable and when I should have been studying I was either with my horse or working as a PR girl for night clubs.

That aside writing 🖋️ has always been a way for me to express myself and reach others. The project I am working on now possibly excites me most even after 14 years In the business!
