Our principal, Stuart Lang, has more than 20 years experience in the financial planning industry and is qualified via the Chartered Insurance Institute and the London based IFS. The majority of our clients are entrepreneurs, business owners, self-employed people, senior executives, members of the professions and retired people with capital. We bring clarity to clients financial affairs by creating long-term plans for pensions, family and business protection, savings, tax and investments, adjusting existing arrangements and recommending new ones to achieve business, personal and family lifestyle objectives.

Lang Financial is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to join our highly successful Financial Services team. Previous administration experience in a busy office is essential for this role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who is highly organised and efficient. We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team but can also work well on their own, manage their own diary and use their own initiative.
Some duties are listed below:
- Managing the Managing Directors diary & arranging appointments
- Opening and scanning the mail
- Franking and posting outgoing mail
- Answering the telephone and diverting calls or messages to the appropriate person
- Answering email and webchat enquiries in a timely manner
- Greeting clients at reception, making tea/coffee
- Organising the office, keeping the general office area tidy
- Ordering stationery and facilities
- Composing emails and letters to clients and 3rd parties
- Making telephone calls to clients and 3rd parties
- Updating the back-office systems on time and accurately
- Printing and packaging information for the Financial Advisers.
- Assist the Financial Advisers and Office Manager when required
- Any other administration duties

Salary dependent on experience Β£24k-Β£28k
