A warm welcome to Fiona Main, our new Advanced Podiatrist who has joined our team.

Fiona brings over 30 years of podiatry expertise, and will support the team in caring for our community. Having spent most of her clinical time working in the high risk foot, and specialist multidisciplinary teams, she has passion to support our community in prevention and education.

Meet Mairi!

We’re delighted to welcome Mairi to the Foot Forte team as our Clinical Co-ordinator.

Mairi has joined us as our Clinical Co-ordinator and is already playing a key role in supporting our patients and clinicians. From managing enquiries and appointments to instrument sterilisation and clinic preparation, she’s helping everything run behind the scenes.

Alongside this, Mairi is training to become a Foot Health Practitioner, and we’re excited to be part of her learning journey.

A more relaxed afternoon in clinic, bringing the team together for our staff meeting, training, and to share ideas as we continue to grow Foot Forte.

We’re building more than a clinic, we’re building a learning culture where we can learn from each other and to provide the best care possible for our patients.

Meet Alison!

We’re delighted to welcome Alison, our new Foot Health Practitioner, to the team.

Alison has a real passion for supporting older adults with essential foot care, and will be offering both in-clinic appointments and a new home visit service across Badenoch & Strathspey. She will also be supporting residents in care homes and sheltered housing, helping ensure accessible foot care within our community.

Alongside her foot health training, Alison brings a wealth of healthcare experience with qualifications in occupational therapy and child immunisations.
