🌿💚 THRIVE to Keep Well – Session 6 💚🌿
What a lovely session we had this week!
We’re continuing our focus on gratitude and celebrating our achievements, no matter how big or small. 🌱
At each session, our participants add to our THRIVE tree:
🌿 One thing they are grateful for
🌿 One thing they have achieved since our last session
It’s been amazing to see our tree grow and, more importantly, to see our participants recognise and celebrate their own progress. 💚 Sometimes the smallest steps are worth celebrating!
This week, participants also had the opportunity to have a 1-to-1 with an NHS Keep Well Nurse, giving them dedicated time to focus on their own health and wellbeing. 🩺💚 NHS Forth Valley
We finished with a much-deserved pamper session! 🧖♀️✨ A chance to relax, unwind and enjoy some well-earned self-care.
We do it all over again next week then, we’re ready for a little break before returning to begin Stage 2 of our THRIVE to Keep Well journey. 🌱
A huge well done to everyone taking part — keep growing, keep thriving and keep celebrating those little wins! 💚🌿

🌿 THRIVE to Keep Well – Session 5 🌿
What a lovely session we had last week! 💚
The week was all about positivity, self-worth, values and the power of kind words.
We started with a really special compliments activity. Each participant and facilitator wrote a compliment about every person in the group and placed them into individual envelopes. ✉️
We then sat together in a circle and, one by one, each person opened their envelope and read the lovely things others had written about them. The challenge was simply to accept the compliments with a “thank you” — no brushing them off or saying “that’s not true”! 😊
It was wonderful to see everyone listening to the positive things others recognised in them and celebrating the qualities that make each person unique. ❤️
We also explored our personal values and learnt about the power of affirmations, looking at how positive words and thoughts can help support our wellbeing and mindset.
To finish, everyone took away a 30-day positivity challenge 🌟 — encouraging us to practise positivity and affirmations and notice the good things in our everyday lives.
Another fantastic session filled with kindness, encouragement, laughter and positivity! 💚🌱

🎃 A little community ask 🎃
A huge thank you to everyone who has already offered donations towards our Halloween Party. We’ve honestly been blown away by the generosity and kindness of people wanting to help make the day special for the children and families attending. 🌻
We still have a few things we’re hoping to source, so we thought we’d put a wee shout-out to our community.
If you happen to have any of the things we’re looking for lying around the house that you no longer need, we’d be so grateful for them! There’s absolutely no pressure to go out and buy anything - we’re just having a wee look to see what might already be out there. 🎃
Every little donation helps us put together a fun, welcoming and autism-friendly Halloween party for our families.
Thank you again for all the support you’ve shown us so far. It really does mean a lot. 💛🌻

Well its that time of the year again, the leaves fall from the trees , the wind gets a little colder, the nights get darker and the zombies get ready to invade the wimpy park.
Come along if you dare, come meet our stilt walker, see our fire / light show (weather permitting) , meet some of the characters in the park and grab some treats before taking on the zombies in the woods.
We are still seeking volunteers to help and any sweet treat donations to help the kids have a fangtastic time.
Are you brave enough.
Please wrap up warm as there is likely to be a que.
