Allesley Parish Council

Electricity supply seems to be restored now in Allesley. Please let us know if you are still without power.

Have you signed up for the Priority Services Register?

If you've been bereaved, you're eligible to join the Priority Services Register.

The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free UK wide service which provides extra advice and support, including when there’s an interruption to your electricity, gas or water supply.

CV5 Allesley residents. We have been in touch with National Grid regarding the power cuts in the last 24 hours. They advise the Main supply is being repaired in Allesley and should be restored by midday. Harvest Hill Park residents were not - for some reason - registered for Priority Services, so we have amended that. If the supply has not been restored by midday we will contact them again and post here again.

Anybody lost the front end of their car it’s on Hawksmill Lane!

Allesley Parish Council has been working hard to get Coventry City Council to remove the defunct bus stop that lies next to Oak Lane on A45 eastbound. It is now used as a layby and is very dangerous. There have been many accidents in recent months.
The City Council have now stated it was never a bus stop and was always a layby, which we dispute. If any residents would like to let us know if they ever used this bus stop, we would be pleased to hear from you. Either here or via email - [email protected]. Thank you.

Find the Coventry City Council questionnaire on action.allesleyparishcouncil.gov.uk if you would like to comment. Deadline 7th October.
