TENDING THE SACRED FLAME

This Fire Horse year has brought extraordinary intensity.
Many of us are feeling it in our own lives - through change, uncertainty, overwhelm, grief, passion, creativity and knowing that something new is trying to emerge.

In Chinese Medicine, Fire is much more than heat.

It’s the element of the Heart, joy, connection, discernment, intimacy, resilience and our capacity to remain deeply human, even in such challenging times.

Throughout July I’m offering a new four-part online masterclass series “Tending the Sacred Flame” where we’ll explore the element of Fire.

Drawing together the wisdom of the Chinese Five Elements, the Eden Method, and the Tara Approach, each session will include practical self-care tools you can use immediately at home

They are an invitation to cultivate an inner Fire
That warms
That illuminates
That nourishes ourselves, and the people and communities around us.

Help cultivate more joy into your life , and improve your heart health.

The world does not need more fire. It needs people who know how to tend it.

Let’s tend the sacred flame together. I’ve put the link to sign up in the comments below.
