We are looking forward to our event on the 16th August with some great things happening. We have a small petting farm Sough Wood Farm - Animal Therapy so come down and walk an alpaca, ride a donkey or cuddle a rabbit. We are putting on a talent show for all the kids to show off there talents the winner will take home a £20 Amazon voucher ❤️ We have stalls bringing you some amazing things Hettie's Treasures ALP Softies Envy Creations Bubbleducks soap store Authentic Penny Sweet The Cookie Hut Bakery sez's sparkle and glitter tattoos Pinkspirations We have the legendary V Trap BB5 coming back for this special event to fill your tummies with his amazing food so make sure you get down early to avoid disappointment. We have The Kids Party Company kindly donated her time to raise funds painting faces We have sponge throwing and much more We also have Connor Murphy running half a marathon raising money for Caiden and will be finishing his run at the plough 💙 if you would like to sponsor him head to his page for the link ❤️ We look forward to seeing you all on the 16th 29/07/2025

Good afternoon all you beautiful people.

Well today is our last day open we will be open from 12. So why not pop down for one last drink and to say farewell. Me and the family would like to say a massive heartfelt thank you to you all for all of your custom and support and love you have all shown us. It’s just a shame that Thwaites can’t see just how important the pub is to the community. We would also like to say a big thank you to all of the bands that we have had on and shown us all their love and support and enjoyed playing for us as we have loved every minute of it. So let’s raise one last drink to the Hare and Hounds and the memories we have of there today.
