This week colleagues put their cyber security skills to the test by taking part in an interactive Cyber Escape Room as part of Cyber Security Awareness Month.

Working in teams, participants stepped into the role of an incident response team, racing against the clock to investigate a cyber breach, analyse logs, review records and contain the threat before it could cause further damage.

The challenge brought cyber security training to life, combining friendly competition with valuable lessons that can help protect both our organisation and our people.

👏 Well done to our winning team, made up of members of our QHSE and IT teams, who successfully contained the breach and secured first place.

Another successful offshore inspection delivered using advanced UAV technology.

Our Remote Inspection Solutions team recently completed a successful offshore exhaust survey, combining rope access qualified personnel with Unmanned Aeriel Vehicle (UAV) expertise and technology to safely inspect a challenging and confined space environment.

Through our technical expertise and corporate competency in both disciplines, positioned and deployed one of our Elios 3 collision-tolerant UAV systems with tether from a strategic location to best support the complex operation and capture high-quality inspection data from within the exhaust system. This integrated approach minimised the need for personnel entry into a hazardous area and reduced the requirement for additional access solutions – with minimal disruption to operations.

Understanding our client’s requirement is always at the forefront of our approach, and this is another great example of how innovative thinking, combined with our multi-skilled personnel and smart robotic technology, can deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective inspection solutions – with data-rich results.
