💚 It’s International Friendship Day!
What can we say other than thank you to those of us in our lives who show up.
Our gym buddies, our Zumba partners, those who swim beside us or are just there for us when we need a friend.
It seems fitting to share this story with you all again. It's a brilliant capture of the friendships being developed across all Leisure for Life centres.
Debbie and Kattie were strangers who became the best of friends when they both decided they needed to do something for themselves to help cope with the pressures of raising disabled children.
Not only did they become friends with each other, they went on to create a big friendship group in the centre, encouraging other people who were struggling with confidence and isolation to get involved!

Don’t forget, you can bring a friend for FREE! If they are not a Leisure for Life member and have never visited us before, they can join you for a gym session, fitness class or swim for free. Ring reception to arrange.
