Hello my little lovelies. Here is the written floor routine for all level 1's

Term 1 with our lovely Tuesday group. So many achievements in only our third week. We'll done my little champs. 😃

We have to appreciate happy kids during their Artistic Gymnastics sessions. Gymnastics at grass level to high performance is about hard work but more than that its about the fun these kids have. If they are having fun then we're doing our best for them. 🥰

This week we've been practicing our Levels for testing.
Testing allows the gymnasts and the coaches to keep track of what the gymnasts know and need more help with.
When testing is over, the gymnasts will be placed into groups according to their levels and prep will begin for our competition season.
We understand the word "TEST" can be scary to some but this is to help coaches know where more assistance is required. 😀🤸‍♀️
