Meeting Chris while he runs the length of Spain was incredibly special. He is such a sound guy and would restore anyone’s faith humanity!
Chris is proof that we are ALL capable of doing amazing things in this life, that there is ALWAYS hope even in the darkest days and that community & connection is everything - we are so much better together 🫶🏼

It’s the perfect time to take a solo break or come with a pal for a really gorgeous day out.
What to expect?
•Yin yoga ( all levels welcome)
•Garden Walks to connect with mother nature and all her gifts that Dee knows so well.
•Homemade local & seasonal lunch made by Dee
•There will be a herbal remedy demonstration using plants from the garden.
•Nidra Naps after lunch
•A fire in the forest will finish the day.
