The last few days of our quad biking warriors!
Drier weather now, clear blue sunny skies and the large puddles are shrinking daily!
Coming up to my favourite time of year now, much better for our guides as the temperature stabilises.

FROM NERVOUS BEGINNERS TO QUAD BIKE PROS!
The last couple of days have seen Scots, English, Dutch and Belgians joining us for some fantastic quad bike adventures!
Some extremely nervous starters at first — but with a little help and encouragement, they soon mastered the quads perfectly!
One tour also turned into an unexpected rescue mission!
We came across two Dutch walkers who had seriously underestimated the distance and the 40°C FULL SUN — and, unfortunately, hadn't taken enough water with them.
⚠️ PLEASE TAKE CARE IN THIS HEAT.
As recommended by all authorities, carry a minimum of 2 litres of water per person when walking in these conditions. Not half a litre between two people!
A huge thank you to my clients who helped us help these walkers. ❤️
Stay safe, stay hydrated and enjoy the great outdoors!
