Welcome to Japanese night The Palms Spain

Starter - spicy popcorn cauliflower on a bed of spring onions

Main course - Katsu curry with breaded aubergine, stir fry veg & pak choi with cardamom rice

Dessert - Pineapple & blueberries with a homemade tropical ice cream

We have added a ‘recycled clothes’ section to our little shop.
All money for the clothes goes to the rescue dogs we support 🐕

If you have any clothes you would like to donate while you’re here (& you can fit them in your case) we & the dogs will be very grateful 🙏

We had an amazing fundraiser day yesterday in memory of Victoria Hart & to raise money for Victoria’s children ❤️

Lots of yoga, sound mediation, delicious food & a good catch up over lunch!

The total raised was €1000 which is amazing!! Thank you to everyone who came along & took part in the day.

A huge thank you to our chef Niels Niels van Riemsdijk for making us a lovely lunch! And Jane Ashton for organising the bookings & payments!

Here are our retreat dates for next year & we’re excited to announce our new ‘Yoga & Hiking Retreat’!

9-13 April - 4 night Yoga & Hiking

13-17 May - 4 night Yoga Retreat

29 Sept-5 Oct - 6 night Yoga retreat

All include:
•All meals - veggie/vegan
•2 daily yoga classes - a mix of Bikram, Yin, Hatha & Flow
(On the yoga & hiking 1 hike & 1 yoga daily)
•Sound bath meditation
•Use of all facilities including hot tub & salt water pool
