We had great fun at Batibou beach on Boxing Day. Great weather , great food and drinks. The sea was as usual just the right temperature so you could swim if you liked, for a long time without cramping! Some of us took long meditative walks against the backdrop of this beautiful place, Dominica's favourite beach. There was a big bright moon towards evening to give the water a silvery sheen and the environment a magical glow.

The Batibou Beach Bar and Grille is usually open from 11am to 5pm daily. On New Years Day 2013 there will be a big Beach Party...great music , great food ,great fun.

Boxing Day 2012

Beginning today we are back on the beach with food, drinks and music. We are trying to be here everyday for your safety and enjoyment.

Open from 11 a.m- 5p.m. Come enjoy the ending of 2012 with a wonderful sea bath and continue to ignite the Love with your family and friends.

Due to the Batinou Beach road under construction over the past week, the Batibou Beach Bar will reopen on Tuesday 27th 2012. When the road is dry it is safe but when it is wet it one must be very careful. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you

On Saturday 20th October Ross University professors had an "irri" barbecue beach party at Batibou Beach Bar and Grill. At a party like this you can swim, snorkel, play cricket, soccer and beach volley ball.... You can also get professional body massages and pwi pwi (natural wooden rafts) rides. Scenic hiking tours to Swaye and #1 beach (of Pirates Of The Caribbean fame!!) are also available.
