Meet the Team | Yahia, Construction Mechanic

Behind every ride are the people who bring ideas to life.

Meet Yahia, one of our Construction Mechanics at Mack Rides. From the moment he starts his day with tools in hand and sleeves rolled up, he helps transform ideas into reality.

What makes Mack Rides special to him? A secure future, a reliable workplace, and products he is proud to build. And what makes him smile every day?

🏆 Dønnervind has been named Europe’s Best New Coaster 2026.

At the European Star Awards 2026, Presented by Kirmes & Park Revue, Dønervind received 1st place in the category Europe’s Best New Coaster.
We are proud to see this project recognized and thank everyone who contributed to bringing it to life.

We were proud to support the IAAPA Safety & Security Day at Thorpe Park, bringing together industry professionals to exchange knowledge, discuss best practices and reinforce our shared commitment to safety.

Safety remains the foundation of our industry and a core priority at Mack Rides. Thank you to IAAPA, the speakers and all participants for an insightful and valuable day.

Safety is not an add-on. It is the foundation of everything we build.

That is why we were proud to sponsor the IAAPA Expo Europe 2026 Safety Day at Thorpe Park.

Operators, manufacturers and experts came together for a day of open exchange. On standards, lessons from daily operations and the challenges ahead. This kind of dialogue makes our industry safer.

Thank you to IAAPA and the Thorpe Park team for hosting. And thank you to everyone who joined the conversation.

See you at ExCeL London, 22–24 September. Visit us at booth S-823!

30 Jahre Freizeitpark Plohn. 🎂

Familie Völkel in Plohn.

Happy Birthday, Fantasiana! 🎉
