Kakopetria — Mountain Retreats
Two houses. One landscape.
Shaped by terrain, light, and quiet integration with the forest.
Still evolving.

Sans Soucis Residence — Nicosia

Designed for a private New York family of four brothers and their sister, Sans Soucis Residence reflects a timeless architectural approach rooted in material integrity and quiet sophistication.

The building is fully clad in natural travertine marble, Cypriot stone, and HPL wood paneling — creating a layered façade of warmth, durability, and refined texture. Clean geometries, deep balconies, and carefully framed openings give the building a strong yet elegant presence within its urban context.

A project defined by craftsmanship, proportion, and enduring materials — designed to age gracefully over time.

A bold gesture, quietly engineered.
This residence in Stelmek explores balance, lightness, and precision — where a floating volume stretches outward, creating a powerful architectural identity while maintaining a sense of calm restraint.

The transparency below dissolves the boundary between structure and space, allowing the upper mass to hover effortlessly, defining shaded living areas and strengthening the connection to the landscape.

A confident design move, shaped by clarity, proportion, and structural intelligence — architecture that remains timeless beyond trends.
