The first instalment of the 2026 Provisional Corporation Tax is due on 31 July 2026.

Following the Cyprus tax reform, the corporation tax rate has increased to 15%, effective from 1 January 2026, and should be applied when calculating provisional corporation tax for the 2026 tax year.

Companies should also ensure that their estimated taxable profits are as accurate as possible, as significant underestimation may result in additional surcharges and interest.
