What does it feel like to arrive home before the building exists?
For Canopy Deans Avenue, our goal was not only to show the architecture, but to build a sense of place.
Through storytelling animation, the development gains rhythm, scale, movement, and a sense of everyday life before construction begins.

Canopy Deans Avenue, Christchurch.
A contemporary residential development by , overlooking Hagley Park and combining townhouses, apartments, and varied residential typologies.
For this project, our task was to create visual material that supports how the development is presented, communicated, and used across presentation and marketing before completion.
The goal was to show more than architecture.
We wanted to communicate atmosphere, everyday life, and the feeling of a future place to live.
