Akoson Raymond in US was my bag carrier in Yaounde, I fed him, gave him my dresses to wear and even left him my laptop to used both in Cameroon and Nigeria. That's where I got the records of his knackings, lies and manipulation because he didn't sign out. He borrowed money from me which he hasn't returned till tomorrow yet he is the first person who wrote trash against me and I never responded that I helped him before because I am not petit in mind. What is Yugourt or Eru?
Countless of people have benefited from my help especially women, I never abused, used or enslaved them. If u treat them well, they will like you later
Asking those we once helped to appreciate us means we didn't help them in the first place, we used them. Anyone who truly helped will never request for Appreciation. No human on earth has helped people like me yet though many didn't appreciate, I am still in good relationship with them because I didn't use them, I simply helped them.
At least 200 people have lived in my house at home and abroad & at a point 36 of them were in my house, they ate whatever they wanted and slept on the bed and many of them abused the privilege and 99% of whom are ungrateful, some of them are well to do today in US, UK, France and Africa, yet I never abused any, neither have i called them out. Helping a person at a point doesn't mean you have the key to their destiny. This village attitude must stop.

DOMESTIC SILENCE: THE INVISIBLE KILLER OF MEN
Excerpts of my book Title DOMESTIC SILENCE: THE INVISIBLE KILLER OF MEN
You can order the full book(Ebook or Hard Copy from Me via [email protected] or on whatsapp).
There is a war happening behind closed doors that the world refuses to name.
It leaves no bruises on the skin, no viral videos, no police sirens, no court headlines.
Yet it has claimed more lives than domestic violence ever will.
Its name is Domestic Silence.
Domestic silence is not loud. It does not scream. It does not fight back.
It suffocates. It erodes. It kills slowly, quietly, and daily.
And the greatest victims of domestic silence are men.
THE SILENT SUFFERERS
Society has mastered the art of seeing men as strong but never as human.
Men are expected to endure, absorb, and swallow pain without complaint.
A man who speaks is weak.
A man who cries is broken.
A man who complains is mocked.
So men do what society trained them to do:
They keep quiet.
They do not speak when insulted daily.
They do not speak when belittled, disrespected, humiliated, or emotionally tortured.
They do not speak when their dignity is stripped away sentence by sentence, day by day.
They suffer in silence because they know the truth:
Even if they speak, no one will believe them.
WHY MEN DON’T TALK
When a woman cries for help, the world responds.
Other women gather.
Men intervene.
NGOs mobilize.
Governments listen.
When a man cries for help:
He is laughed at
He is mocked
He is ignored
He is told to “man up”
He is accused instead
So men stop talking.
They bleed internally.
DOMESTIC SILENCE KILLS MORE THAN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Domestic violence kills loudly and immediately.
Domestic silence kills slowly and invisibly.
Advocates argue that up to 99% of victims of domestic silence are men—men who die silently, not from blows, but from emotional, psychological, and verbal trauma inflicted daily in relationships.
These men do not collapse in one day.
They deteriorate.
The trauma pushes them into:
Alcoholism
Chronic stress
Poor diet
Sleeplessness
Smoking
Womanizing
Clubbing
Patronizing prostitutes
Not because they are immoral — but because they are escaping pain.
THE SLOW DEATH OF A MAN
Men do not die suddenly in relationships.
They fade.
They die from:
Cardiovascular diseases
Hypertension
Stroke
Kidney failure
Heart failure
Liver disease
Depression
Su***de
Doctors treat the body, but the cause is emotional trauma.
The man did not die because he was weak.
He died because he was alone.
THE UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTH
Many advocates argue that:
At least 95% of domestic violence cases where women are victims are rooted in emotional, psychological, and verbal abuse.
Only about 1% of men eventually resort to physical violence. About 99% choose silence instead.
Some of them end their lives.
This does not excuse violence.
It exposes the ignored buildup that precedes it.
Men are not born violent.
They are broken silently.
WHY WE SEE MORE WIDOWS THAN WIDOWERS
Women often say, “Men die early.”
Yes — but why?
Men die early because:
They do not talk
They do not seek help
They carry emotional, psychological, mental, financial and spiritual burdens alone.
Their deaths are gradual and unnoticed while
Women often die suddenly in abusive situations.
Men die slowly in silent ones.
That is why their suffering is invisible.
That is why society does not count their bodies.
THE STORY MEN WERE NEVER ALLOWED TO TELL
The Society Is Quietly Killing Its Men While Applauding Their Silence.
THE CONDITIONING OF THE MALE CHILD
From childhood, boys are trained for silence.
“Men don’t cry.”
“Endure it.”
“Be strong.”
“Take it like a man.”
No one teaches boys how to process emotional pain.
No one teaches boys how to ask for help.
No one teaches boys that their mental health matters.
By adulthood, men are emotionally illiterate — not because they are incapable, but because society forbade them from learning.
So when emotional abuse begins in relationships, men do not recognize it as abuse.
They call it “normal.”
They call it “marriage.”
They call it “endurance.”
EMOTIONAL ABUSE: THE ABUSE SOCIETY REFUSES TO SEE
Emotional and psychological violence has no bruises, but it leaves permanent scars.
It includes:
Constant insults
Public humiliation
Disrespect
Withholding affection
Manipulation
Threats
False accusations
Weaponizing children
Mocking a man’s finances, manhood, or abilities
Many men are terrorized daily, not with fists, but with words.
And words, repeated daily, reprogram the brain.
WHY MEN STAY
Men stay in toxic relationships not because they are weak, but because:
They fear being mocked
They fear losing access to their children
They fear being labeled abusers
They fear societal shame
They fear legal systems biased against them
So they choose silence.
That silence becomes chronic stress.
Chronic stress becomes disease.
Disease becomes death.
THE MEDICAL CONSEQUENCES OF DOMESTIC SILENCE
Medical science already knows what society ignores:
Chronic emotional stress raises cortisol.
Cortisol destroys the heart.
It damages the kidneys.
It causes hypertension.
It leads to stroke.
It weakens the immune system.
It fuels depression and su***de.
Men are dying in hospitals from “natural causes,”.
but the real cause is emotional trauma.
MEN AND SU***DE: THE ULTIMATE SILENCE
Globally, men account for the majority of su***de deaths.
Why?
Because:
Men internalize pain.
Men do not seek help.
Men are punished for vulnerability.
Many men do not want to die.
They just want the pain to stop.
Su***de is not a desire for death.
It is a cry for relief that society ignored.
THE DOUBLE STANDARD
When a woman is abusive:
Society explains her behavior.
Trauma is cited.
Stress is blamed.
Sympathy is given.
When a man is abused:
He is ridiculed.
His masculinity is questioned.
He is accused of lying.
He is dismissed.
Equality cannot exist where male pain is invisible.
WHY DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS THE WRONG STARTING POINT.
Society focuses on physical violence, but that is often the final chapter, not the beginning.
The real story begins with:
Emotional abuse
Psychological torture
Verbal humiliation
By the time physical violence happens, the man has already been destroyed internally.
And yet, society refuses to examine the root cause.
MEN DON’T DIE LOUDLY — THAT’S WHY NO ONE COUNTS THEM.
Women’s deaths in relationships are tragic and visible.
Men’s deaths are slow, scattered, and medicalized.
A man dies of:
Heart failure
Stroke
Liver disease
No one writes:
“Cause of death: emotional trauma.”
So the world pretends nothing happened.
A MESSAGE TO WOMEN (WITHOUT HATRED)
This is not a war against women.
It is a plea for responsibility and empathy.
Abuse is not gendered.
Cruelty has no s*x.
Pain has no gender.
Love should heal, not destroy.
Words should build, not bury.
WHAT SOCIETY MUST DO
Normalize men speaking
Create support systems for men
Reform biased legal frameworks
Recognize emotional abuse as real abuse
Stop mocking male vulnerability
Teach boys emotional intelligence
RAW TRUTH
Men are not dying because they are violent.
They are dying because they are silent.
Domestic silence is not strength.
It is slow su***de enforced by society.
Until men are allowed to speak without shame, the graveyards will keep filling quietly.
MEN ARE HUMAN TOO
Men feel. Men hurt. Men break. Men cry — even when no one sees.
But society has denied men the right to vulnerability.
We celebrate strong men, but we bury broken ones quietly.
A CALL TO WOMEN
This is not an attack on women.
It is a call to conscience.
Words can kill.
Disrespect can destroy.
Humiliation can traumatize.
Emotional torture can be fatal.
Love should not wound.
Correction should not crush.
Anger should not humiliate.
A CALL TO THE WORLD
Pray for men
Encourage men
Support men
Believe men
Give men listening ears
Create safe spaces where men can speak without shame.
Teach boys that vulnerability is not weakness.
Teach society that silence is deadly.
FINAL WORD
Domestic silence is the most successful killer because it leaves no fingerprints.
Men are not dying because they are violent.
They are dying because they are unheard.
Until society learns to listen to men, we will keep burying them quietly.
IF YOU ARE A MAN READING THIS
You are not weak.
You are not alone.
Your pain is valid.
Your voice matters.
Speak.
