La tradizione svizzera si veste di modernità attraverso una cucina contemporanea e fusion, dove materie prime locali, abbinamenti ricercati e sapori di stagione si incontrano per dare vita a un’esperienza gastronomica che rispecchia la bellezza e l’identità di Casa Matteo. ✨

PRIMO
Risotto alla zucca, amaretto cremoso al taleggio e riduzione al Merlot.
SECONDO
Suprema di faraona su cremoso di patata americana, castagna mou e cavolo nero scottato.
DOLCE
Mousse al cioccolato, caramello salato, lamponi e croccante al cioccolato.
