I have dedicated more than 14 years to the beauty industry. Over the years, I have come a long way: from working as a beauty professional and educator to founding my own institute and building my own brand.

I have trained many beauty professionals and have always shared my knowledge with all my heart. After opening my institute, teaching took a step back for a while as I focused on developing my team and creating a place where every client receives care, attention and excellent service.

I continue to invest in my own education, too. Every year, I attend seminars and dedicate significant time, energy and resources to my professional development. I believe in continuing to grow and passing on what I learn to my team.

My experience includes many years of hands-on work, ongoing education, collaboration with luxury brands and working with well-known people, including Latvian celebrities. These experiences have shaped my understanding of quality: from professional skill and attention to detail to the way every client is treated.

Today, Lublini Beauty Institut is a recognised name in Switzerland. It means a lot to meet people from other prestigious salons and hear that they know us and value the quality of our work. Some have told me that this level of quality is not something they find at every institute. That feedback is incredibly meaningful to me.
