Congrats Jessica and Jaelin on the WIN! 🤩👏
Ever wonder how castings like these work?
Here's exactly how we do it:
1️⃣ Our dedicated agents review over 40+ castings per day and within each there may be up to 10-20 roles! Our job is to submit talent who match the roles available.
2️⃣ Casting directors select the best fits and request auditions, either in person or through a self-tape.
3️⃣ Callbacks may happen next. This can mean a second audition, updated selfies, social media links, or another special request from the client or production team.
4️⃣ Final bookings are usually decided 1–3 days after auditions or callbacks. Talent are then given the full details to confirm.
5️⃣ Before the shoot, talent receive a call sheet with exact arrival times, wardrobe notes, location, and shoot details. Most bookings require being available for the full day.
6️⃣ Payment usually arrives 1–3 weeks after the shoot, depending on the production.

TALENT SPOTTED － Journeys Commercial 👀🔥
Congrats to Gloria on appearing in a new Journeys Canada commercial spot — now showing on Instagram, TikTok, and the Journeys website. 🎬
Brands often pick young performers with skills other than just acting — like dance, rhythm and physical comedy for example!
If you can move, take direction, bring personality on camera, and feel natural during your auditions, the more likely you are to book the job!
So, lesson of the day, don't be afraid to always learn a new skill or keep practicing one you already have, because you never know how it will apply to something else in life! ❤️
Think you or your. child has the spark for castings like this?

New and prepared! We love it! 😊 👍
Always a treat when kids/teens are able to show up prepared and with lines memorized.
Ever wonder what actually goes into proper acting training for youth?
Here's how it works:
🎥 On-camera technique + slates
📺 Commercial acting basics
🎭 Comedic + dramatic monologues
📝 Script breakdown + dialogue
📱 Self-tape technique
🎬 Scene study + character development
✨ Movement, confidence + camera presence
🏁 Final performance + demo reel preparation
Each session builds on the last, giving young performers the chance to practice, get real-time feedback, make adjustments, and actually understand why a performance works.
Think your kids is ready for acting?

And thats a wrap!

A few highlights from Aleera’s final scene
So proud of the progress she’s made 👏
Want to build confidence and on-camera skills? DM us “AUDITION" to learn more.
Give it a try 😂
It sounds ridiculous — but exercises like this force actors to stop *thinking* about the line and start committing to the emotion.
classes help talent:
✅ Build confidence on camera
✅ Make stronger, bolder acting choices
✅ Learn how to take direction quickly
✅ Get comfortable looking a little ridiculous
✅ Practice real performance skills in a supportive environment
✅ Become more prepared for auditions, self-tapes and set
And yes… sometimes that means saying **“Twinkletoes” with pure disgust.** 😂
