This FRI-YAY it's our annual Dog Market! Bring down those pooches for a night of canine themed fun!
We're having a fashion show on the bandshell at 6pm and then the return of the might mini dash at 6:30pm! Prizes awarded for participants and winners!

Pupdate: Meet Mochi! His owner has been doing absolutely awesome trying to set him up for success. It started with setting up a, “Welcome Home Puppy” training session. I came to her house to look at everything she had setup (it looked great!), which toys were good, how to help her new puppy settle in, training tips she could get started on right away, etc. Now, along with other puppy foundation skills we’re working on proper socialization. “Happy Visits” to the vets and groomers are a great addition to proper socialization. When your puppy has positive experiences at these places, especially during the crucial socialization periods, they learn: confidence, that these places are a good thing, they can trust their owner, they can ignore other things going on and focus on their handler, they can meet certain people and so much more!
My heart goes out to all those affected by the wildfires. If you are on evacuation order/alert in the Okanagan or surrounding area and need some complimentary general tips for: crate training, anxiety, barking/whining, etc. or anything making your evacuation more stressful, feel free to reach out through messenger.
