18 windows and 2 patio doors. One home in Burnaby, BC.
This is what a full-home replacement looks like up close. Every opening, from the first window out to the last door in, done with the same care.
✅ Every new window levelled by hand before it's secured
✅ Every gap around the frame filled and finished
✅ Each window sealed on the outside to direct water away from the walls
✅ Custom metal trim cut and fitted around both patio doors
✅ Old windows hauled away and the site left clean
The details most homeowners never see are the ones that decide how well a window performs for years to come.

Our clients wanted a '70s-inspired entry. We gave them the best of that era, built to last for decades to come.🚪
Warm walnut. Vertical lines. Light that softens on its way inside.
✔️ Fiberglass door with an oak woodgrain finish and a vertically fluted panel
✔️ Narrow reed glass across the door, sidelite and transom, so they get privacy without losing daylight
✔️ A custom walnut stain, rich and deep and chosen for this home
✔️ A matte black Berlin handleset on a multipoint lock that secures the door at several points along the frame, not just one
Fiberglass gives you the character of real wood without the warping, swelling or yearly refinishing.

Kathy replaced five windows in her Winnipeg home with Canadian Choice, all triple pane with argon and white inside and out. We filmed the whole day, from before the crew arrived to after they drove away.
✅ Drop sheets down and furniture moved before anything came out
✅ All five old windows removed, including the nine and a half foot living room unit
✅ Each new window set square and sealed by our Winnipeg crew
✅ Sheets lifted and floors vacuumed
✅ Old windows loaded onto the truck and taken away
By the end of the day, five new windows were in and the house was back in order.
Thank you, Kathy, for letting us film your install day in Winnipeg. 🍁

Ask a strata manager about a window project and they won't talk about windows. They'll talk about the experience - for them, and for every owner in the building.
Jaret manages a building in Chilliwack, BC. Every unit needed windows, which means every owner had an opinion and every resident had a schedule. Here's how we made the process seamless and stress-free:
✅ Whole-building replacement scheduled unit by unit, that works for each owners schedule
✅ Factory-direct products and pricing
✅ 25-year transferable warranty that transfers with the unit

A 50-year-old home where some windows wouldn't open any more, a couple had gone rotten, and you could feel the draft around the doors. Repainting them every year wasn't fixing any of it.
The crew put sheets down everywhere, vacuumed and cleaned as they went, and didn't leave until everything was picked up. They said where they were starting so the room could be ready, and the household barely noticed the work going on around it.
The drafts around the doors are already gone, and this winter should feel a good deal warmer. They've recommended us to friends and neighbours since.
