🏠 When you’re the ultimate apex predator, property rights are more of a suggestion! 😂

In Churchill, Manitoba, the polar bears don’t just rule the tundra… apparently, they rule the rooftops too!

This mother polar bear and her two cubs decided to do a little real estate shopping. First, a rooftop inspection, followed by a good look through the windows. Apparently, nobody told them the cabin wasn’t an Airbnb! 😂

When you’re at the top of the food chain in the Polar Bear Capital of the World, I guess you make your own rules!
