Our most in demand flavours are the famous in filipino dessert: Ube Macapuno and Buko Pandan. Other flavours: Red Velvet, Vanilla, White/Yellow, Mocha, Chocolate, Strawberry Shortcake, Carrot Cake.
Taking It Slow This Week 💜
After two very busy weekends of back-to-back festivals, I’m giving myself permission to slow down a little this week.
My hands are tired, my body is tired, and I know it’s time to listen to what my body is telling me. So for now, it’s one order at a time—giving each cake and order the attention it deserves while also giving myself a chance to rest, recover, and heal.
Running a small business sometimes makes you feel like you always have to keep going. But I’m learning that rest is part of the work, too. You can’t pour from an empty cup.
Thank you to everyone who supported us, lined up, and kept us incredibly busy these past two festival weekends. My heart is full—even if my hands and body are asking for a little break. 😂💜
This week: slow days, one order at a time, lots of gratitude, and much-needed recovery. 🙏

3–4 Hours on the Road… and Still Celebration-Ready! ✨🎂
These two cakes safely traveled 3–4 hours away from Toronto to Cornwall, Ontario and Campbellford, Ontario, arriving beautiful and celebration-ready. Long-distance cake deliveries are possible with the right preparation!
Here are our tips for keeping decorated cakes chilled during transport:
❄️ Freeze the decorated cake overnight until firm.
🧊 Transport it in a cooler with dry ice to help maintain a cold temperature throughout the journey.
With proper planning and care, your cake can arrive looking just as stunning as when it left our kitchen.

Less than 24 hours notice!!! 😢Lady D called me at 5pm Thursday and ask if I can still make cupcakes for the event for next day. Since I finished prepping for the festival, I said yes! With a single home oven, a total of 240 cupcakes were baked and 1 single tier cake! All chocolate flavoured. Baked from 9pm to 1pm. Frosted and decorated done around 5am 🤩 Thank you as always Lady D for supporting my small business. Love you ❤️❤️❤️
Tuesday delivery! My body is still sore from the 3 day event last weekend but with God's grace, these 8 rectangular cakes were successfully delivered to our loyal Corporate client in downtown Toronto!
