at the Gaspereau Winery Garden.

I will cut sunflowers from my Riverborn Garden for you to select from too! 🌻🌻🌻

The only flowers that will have restrictions are sunflowers and Dahlias. Each will have a Limit of 3 per person (Limit 6 for Extra stuffed)

Small handful - $10
Full handful - $20
Extra stuffed handful $30

- I will have flower snips for you to use. ✂️
- Good foot wear recommended.
- This is a “COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK EVENT”! Please be careful walking around and using the flower snips.

Thank you to all who participated in the Acts of Kindness Draw. 🥰🥰🥰 The stories of the person you nominated to receive a free bouquet were so incredibly thoughtful, heart wrenching and so very kind. I could not be happier to end my year and flower lady adventure on such a positive mission. Knowing how much love can be shared if we just take a moment from our busy lives and show someone we care. One small gesture of kindness can mean the world to someone who needs a “pick me up!”

I will send out a messages to the 10 selected nominated entries. It was extremely hard to select just 10 💐

I do not want to give out any information right now so the bouquets will be a surprise for the 10 recipients! Hopefully I will get permission to share a picture or share the stories (with just a first name). Some stories are very personal and I wouldn’t want to post without permission.

Elderkin’s and Riverborn Markets have been restocked with $15 wraps, yesterday and today. I spent the afternoon cutting what I could before the next downpour of rain! Tomorrow I will make bouquets until I run out of flowers!

Hello everyone! For the first time in 9 years I will be closing early. This will be the last week for flower bouquets 💐 I will bring bouquets to Markets until my buckets are empty, or Sunday, which ever comes first. This also means no pumpkin bouquets 💐🎃. My gardens have stopped being productive. The extreme heat and high humidity/rain pushed flowers to bloom way too fast. Now that the night time temperatures have dropped drastically for weeks the plants are barely growing. I am also feeling pretty tired too!

I have also made another huge decision which will come has a shock to most of you. This week will also be my last season being your “Flower Lady”💐 It is time for me to take a break! Right now I do not know if it is for just a season or two or permanent. I won’t be taking apart or selling off my equipment for a while. I want to settle into my decision before moving things too fast.

It has been an amazing 9 years. Even though there have been many ups and downs over the years, I loved bringing joy and happiness to so many people. I have had the privilege of sharing the happiest moments in your lives and also many heartbreaking moments. The community support has been such an amazing part of the journey.

My little bouquet wraps became so much more then I could ever imagined. I have heard many of you say, “I just needed a little pick me up today!” Or “I’m giving this to a friend”. These little bouquets stayed $5 because I wanted everyone to be able to enjoy them.

One last thing I would like to accomplish this week is to make 10 x $15 bouquets to give away on Saturday. In part, these bouquets have been sponsored by a donation from “Oops Puppies” 🥰🐶 and “William Dam Seed” (An order of Gladiolus bulbs were sent to me by mistake and they told me to keep them 🥰).

Mission, Acts of Kindness Draw:

1. Share/like post to get the news out.
2. Send me a private message with the name of someone you think needs a bouquet and why.
3. I will select 10 people from entries and send you a message if selected.
4. Pick up bouquet at Riverborn or Elderkin’s Market on Saturday or Sunday to give to that person.

- someone who just lost someone close to them
- someone who is sick
- someone who is going through a lot right now
- someone who is a single Mom
- someone who needs a pick me up!
- someone you encountered in the service industry that went above and beyond for you.

After bouquets were brought to Markets, this is what my afternoon looked like 😅 Trying to cut out all the plant branches that fell over in the heavy rains and wind. Two rows of zinnias have been cleaned up with some weeding and dead headed. Many marigold plants for pest control were removed. Put in more support poles for the netting and made adjustments. We unloaded the truck at the farm for the animals 🐑🐮🐓🐴🫏 and I watched the last bouquet leave the Market! 🥰💐 I will make more bouquets tomorrow. I am so done for today! 🥱

Good morning! Flower bouquets made it to markets yesterday and will continue today! $15 wraps will be my focus. This week has been extremely busy. The garden is starting to struggle with all the rain, wind, bug damage and now such a drop in temperature. There is never enough time in the day to keep ahead of things. I am definitely getting fatigued at this point. Thank you for your patience and support 💐🥰

Hey everyone! There will be a delay with refilling bouquet racks today ☔️💦 I need to cut flowers before making them 💐

*ORDERING - if you know you need flowers for a specific day you can order by sending me a message. A day or two before gives me time to cut flowers if needed and make bouquets. You can pick up at Riverborn or Elderkin’s.

I make larger wraps, vases, arrangements and masons too! You can order larger items. I do not keep these stocked any more. Information required: type of bouquet/price point, date and time for pick-up and location. Again the more notice, the better but at least 24 hours before usually gives me enough time. For larger/multiple item orders more notice is required.
