Lavender bundles, essential oils, and a little creative magic 🪻 This weekend, I'm excited to be hosting a diffuser blend workshop with my coworkers from @newgroundwellnesscollective along with me @sageandquartz Together we'll be creating custom essential oil blends while stepping outside of our usual roles and connecting in a different way. Aromatic rituals can support moments of calm, grounding, relaxation, and self-care. Sometimes simply pausing to take a deep breath and engage your senses can be a meaningful part of your wellness routine. Can't wait to spend the day blending, creating, and connecting. 💜🌿
