💼 We’re Hiring an Administrative and Accounting Assistant

Young Industries Group is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, dependable person to join our main office in Springdale.

This position combines reception and daily office support with basic accounts receivable and accounting data entry. You’ll assist our Financial Controller and two Accounting Support Specialists, helping our existing team keep pace with business growth.

✅ Full-time, based in Springdale
✅ Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
✅ Training in company systems and procedures

Your day will include welcoming visitors, answering calls, organizing documents, ordering supplies, keeping the office and lunch area tidy and stocked, and assisting with invoices, customer statements, and accounting records.

We’re looking for someone with accounting or bookkeeping experience, along with a background in administration, reception, or customer service. Strong communication, attention to detail, and confidence using accounting software, Excel, and everyday office programs are essential.
