Work is underway on the Fraser Lifeboat, operated by the Canadian Lifeboat Institution Inc. with our team completing general welding and hull repairs.

Work on the BattleAxe (Western Marine Express Ltd.) continues with keel plate replacements, along with the installation of new hull framing, plating and bulwarks. Primer application has also been completed throughout the vessel’s interior and exterior.

Following a full overhaul, the White Cap’s engines are now being re-mounted as the project moves forward.

With the Gilliano now out of the shed, her newly fabricated mast has been installed.

Work on the T1 is now complete, and the vessel is being loaded for transport to Florida.

This major refit included a new crane, a completely new hydraulic system, a full electrical and electronics upgrade, updated steering, a new fire-suppression system, and new bunks and interior areas, as well as other general maintenance and upgrades.

The steel vessel Star is now out of the water and work is underway, including fo’c’sle repairs, new hatches, an anchor winch rebuild and mounting, a steering system rebuild, and electrical megger testing.

The T1 has hit the water, with sea trials beginning soon to test the new steering systems, Electrical systems, hydraulics, and engine work completed during this refit.

Work on the Gilliano is nearing completion with the brightwork being fully installed and the final paint touch-ups being applied.

The Otium Sea (Nordhavn 96) has arrived for shaft removals and plumbing modifications.

The Sans Peur has arrived for sandblasting and coatings.
