The Russian Red garlic is done curing, and it is beautiful!!!
Mixed sizes are $15 a pound, premium large is $18 a pound.
Please let me know if you would like some, and I will get it ready for you!

With the help of some friends and this lovely girl, we managed to harvest the garlic scape from our first larger scale planting of @ 4000 Russian Red garlic!
Turning them into scape butter and pesto (thank you again Jo) was quite interesting, and the taste is incredible!!!

The garlic is growing beautifully this year!
I scaled back the plantings of carrots and beets, and it went in a bit later than usual, so fingers crossed 🤞

Not easy to get a good picture, but the garlic is up!!! 😁🧄🧄🧄
