Roast Beef Panini
Hopcott’s roast beef, caramelized onions, white cheddar, arugula and garlic aioli, seasoned with salt & pepper and grilled on sourdough.
Dill Pickle Poutine
Deep-fried dill pickle skewers served over crispy fries with cheese curds and rich gravy, drizzled with ranch, and topped with fresh dill pickle.
Join us daily in the Bistro from 9am - 4pm

We’re looking for a full-time Line Cook & Kitchen Prep team member to join the kitchen at Hopcott Farms. Our Bistro and kitchen are all about farm-to-plate food, featuring our own locally raised beef and other locally sourced ingredients.
We’re looking for someone with line cooking experience who is dependable, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoys being part of a great team.
