The September 2026 Ottawa Real Estate Market Report is out! 🏛️📊
The big takeaway this month is price stability holding strong across most of Ottawa’s housing market! Average prices remained remarkably steady for detached homes and condo apartments. Meanwhile, row houses showed a slight rise in sales activity with a minor price dip of -2.2% . Despite a drop in condo sales volume, steady valuations across the board reflect a grounded and balanced market heading into the fall. 🏡✨

Remembering the Children commemorates the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. It is a day to honour the First Nations, Métis and Inuit survivors of Residential Schools, and commemorate those who did not return.
Today we remember, listen, learn and prompt action through strong allyship.
There are a number of important ways we can be an ally to Indigenous Peoples and Communities in Canada. We encourage you to do your own learning today and in the days to come. While September 30th serves as a valuable day for reflection, our support for Indigenous Peoples is required year-round.

The August 2026 Market Report is out! 🏛️📊
The big takeaway this month is the significant drop in sales volume across all major property types in Ottawa. Average prices for detached homes remained very stable, ticking up slightly (+0.3%) to $919,620. In contrast, row houses saw prices soften by 4.9% to $582,984. The biggest surprise came from the condo apartment segment, which saw a robust 6.1% price increase to $433,016 despite the large drop in sales. 🏡✨
