Our July 11, 2026 Balikbayan Box Shipment is now ON WATER! After its rail journey from Toronto to the Port of Vancouver, the vessel is officially on its way to the Philippines.

📍 Estimated Timeline:
⚓ Aug. 31 – Transshipment (Kaohsiung, Taiwan)
🇵🇭 Sept. 11 – Estimated Arrival at the Port of Discharge in the Philippines

📱 ALiN App Update: Your shipment status will remain “ON WATER” until the vessel arrives at the Port of Discharge in the Philippines.

Please note: Estimated timelines are subject to change. Delays caused by ocean transit, vessel schedules, port operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond ALiN Cargo Express Toronto’s control.

📢 IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE: JULY 25 LOADING

Our July 25 shipment is already FULL and ready for dispatch. 📦🚚

However, we have received an advisory from our rail transportation partners that intermodal rail services to the Port of Vancouver are currently experiencing temporary disruptions due to the ongoing wildfires affecting Northwestern Ontario, particularly in areas near Thunder Bay and Armstrong. As a safety precaution, sections of both CN and CPKC rail corridors have been temporarily suspended, affecting freight movements across Canada.

As a result, our partner trucking and rail provider has advised that the earliest available rail dispatch for our container is expected sometime next week, subject to railway operations resuming.

Please be assured that:
✅ Your Balikbayan Boxes are safe, secure, and ready for shipment.
✅ This delay is outside the control of ALiN Cargo Express and is affecting many shipments that rely on Canada’s rail network to reach the Port of Vancouver.
✅ Once rail operations resume and our container is dispatched, we will immediately provide another update.
