🏔️Love Lagers with extra flavour? Our New Zealand Pilsner (4.2%) is dry-hopped with Riwaka Hops from New Zealand, for a bit of extra citrus and tropical fruit notes. Much more subtle than a Pale Ale or IPA, but definitely more going on than your average Lager.

Have you met Karl? We’ve been working with Karl for over three years. He started popping up his homemade food cart at the brewery as “Retrofit Sandwich”. Then he took over Wayside Tavern in a major way, which led to his current home at Flamingo Noir.
He just received over 5000 empty cans with his label for Flaingo Noir’s Flagered Ale on it, into which we packed 45 cases today.
This guy moves beer (and he sold an insane amount of Hard Tea last weekend) and runs a hell of a bar. He also has a popup called Goldie’s Hideaway, which serves at Market.

🔇Broken Record Dark Lager pours a rich black with slight red undertones. The head is a beautiful tawny cream, revealing aromas of roasted barley, milk chocolate and notes of hazelnut. The flavours follow suit, with a smooth chocolate and slight roast. This was left to rest cold to ensure a crisp, clean finish.
