How many useful things have you almost shared… then deleted?

Start with one question your clients already ask you. You don’t have to fit everything you know into one video.

If you’d like support getting more comfortable on camera, Camera Confidence registration closes October 4.

DM me CAMERA and tell me where you get stuck. šŸ’¬

I didn’t create Camera Confidence for people who already feel effortless on video šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

I created it for the person who has something valuable to say but keeps getting caught between filming and posting.

The person who records a take, watches it back, finds ten things to criticize and decides to try again another day.

The person who knows being more visible could open doors for their work, but doesn’t want to put on a personality that isn’t theirs to do it.

The person who has a list of content ideas and abandoned videos stashed in their phone but can’t bring themselves to hit post.

If that sounds familiar, you don’t need to wait until you magically feel confident. You can practice, get support and build that confidence as you go.

Registration for Camera Confidence is open today. If you’re ready to start showing up as yourself, I’d love to have you there. šŸ”— in bio

Chatted with SARA PRICE about her debut in Rallye Du Marroc this week and it just came out on DirtFish website.

Go give it a read!

Things are getting a little out of hand for the girl who just wanted to work in motorsport. šŸ˜‚

Thanks for the ride, Lia Block 🤘

I used to think confidence came first…Then you put yourself out there.

Turns out, I had it backwards.

You practice being seen. You post before you think it’s perfect. You say yes before you feel completely ready.

And eventually, someone hands you a mic and says, ā€œwe’re live.ā€

This is why Camera Confidence exists.

Early access opened today. Public registration opens Monday. šŸŽ„

A few days in the desert with Monster Energy, DirtFish and Defender driving things I probably had no business being trusted with, getting very dusty, interviewing some ridiculously talented people, and having several ā€œhow is this my job?ā€ moments.

A lot of the opportunities I’ve had this year didn’t come from some perfectly mapped-out career plan. They came because I kept showing up, talking about what I wanted to do, putting myself on camera, asking questions and letting people see what I was capable of.

You never really know who’s watching, who’s going to remember your name, or what one opportunity might lead to next.

There are proper stories coming from this trip (and a LOT more content), but for now, here’s what it looked like from my camera roll.

Still processing this one. šŸ

Sometimes visibility starts with creating your own stage.

Sharing the work. Starting the conversation. Letting people see what you care about and what you’re capable of.

You may not know exactly where it will lead but you’re giving opportunities a way to find you.

And I’ve been learning that lesson in real time lately.

A lot of really exciting conversations are happening behind the scenes right now.

And the funny thing is, almost all of them can be traced back to the same thing:

I started showing up before I felt completely ready.

On camera. In rooms. In conversations. With ideas. With asks.

Visibility doesn’t always pay off immediately. Sometimes you’re building proof, relationships and trust for months before you see what it was leading to.

I’m seeing a lot of that come full circle right now.

And I’m very excited about what’s next. šŸ‘€

The Power of Being Asked is about the few minutes between climbing out of SARA PRICE’s Can-Am covered in mud and picking up a microphone to help host the DirtFish WiM Summit livestream.

But really, it’s about everything that came before.

I didn’t magically become ready when the opportunity arrived. I had spent the last year getting ready for an opportunity like this.

I’m incredibly grateful to DirtFish for trusting me to tell another story and seeing both my words on the homepage today next to WRC & Lia Block is pretty damn cool.

The Power of Being Asked is live now. Link in bio. šŸ
