✨ Our Sourdough was invited to join the Puratos Sourdough Library in Belgium, where sourdough levains from around the world are preserved and studied.
✨ There, it’s officially known as Sourdough 158.
✨ Every loaf of our Sourdough takes more than 40 hours to make from start to finish.
