We came, we danced and we stuffed a bus! 🚌💙

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to the AUD for the Onkel Hans Food Drive, presented by Piller’s and donated to help support The Food Bank of Waterloo Region.

We had such a great time celebrating together — and we couldn’t have done it without you!

A special thank you to the Rangers, GRT, The Food Bank of Waterloo Region, our amazing volunteers and staff, and everyone who helped make the event happen.

Thank you for showing up, giving back and helping us fill the bus!

See you at the next Stuff a Bus on October 15 at Centre In The Square!

The new Every Child Matters bus was unveiled earlier today at a walk marking National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

This year’s bus features artwork by Kevin George, an Anishinaabe and Nehiyaw artist from Kettle and Stony Point First Nation, now living in Waterloo Region.

The art speaks to both the harms caused by residential schools and the enduring strength and resilience of Indigenous Peoples. It recognizes the grief carried across generations and the ongoing work for reclamation as Indigenous Peoples continue to carry traditions forward and build paths for future generations.
