For over four decades I have had the pleasure of working in some of our countries finest dining rooms and resorts from coast to coast, a fantastic career that has elevated my customer service skills to the top. I have developed a cooking style that has been influenced by traditional French, Italian and Mediterranean techniques that combined with locally grown and produced ingredients yield fantastic results.
