Catalyst Catering

My name is Erica, feeding people is my passion. I like to keep things simple and from the heart. I do not advertise myself as organic but I do try and keep my supplies locally grown and pesticide free. I have accumulated culinary experience from chefs and restaurants from Prince Edward County, Kingston and Brockville all the way to Surrey, England. In my travels I have learned most, that food and dining are used as a tool to bring people together whether it be birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or just a catch up lunch with an old friend. Catalyst, by definition, is something that causes activity between two or more persons. I understand that what I do is tool for my customers end result. because of this I feel it is important to communicate closely with all my clients to ensure I am en-capturing their personality so that I can use my talent to accentuate their vision. It would be my honour to use my passion for food as your catalyst.
